Overview
HULC provides quality specialized orthopedic and plastic medical and surgical care for the community and region with a focus on disorders of the upper extremities.
They train future medical professionals, including orthopedic and plastic surgeons, emergency room and other physicians, nurses, physiotherapists and occupational therapists.
